Covid-19 UPDATE ** WE PLAN TO RE-OPEN ON Monday 1st JUNE **

 

To Our Dear customers

The lock-down period has been difficult for us all, and I would like to thank you for your patience whilst we have been closed.  I am tempted to say 'I hope you all remain well' - but it would be naive of me to ignore the fact that it is likely that some amongst the Hilton Suzuki Customer family have been touched by illness and loss.  To any of you in this terrible position, I send you our sincere condolences

This message is to let you know that we plan to re-open for business, from MONDAY 1 JUNE

SUZUKI AND ALL MAKES SERVICING AND Mot's

In re-opening for service and MOT's BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, we must all remain aware of the CONTINUED PRESENCE of COVID19.  I am desperate to protect you, our customers, and all my colleagues.  Our premises will therefore re-open in a 'new normal' format - with a hand sanitiser station at the entrance, screens on all desks, masks available, a one-way system inside the building, and regular sanitising of all touch-points.  We will also sanitise your car after we have carried out the service.  Where possible, we will process payment in a contact-free manner, and email service documents to you.  Our buildings have many reminders and guidance stickers displayed, to ensure the maintenance of 2m distancing at all times

We need to MINIMISE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN THE SHOWROOM, so please take steps to avoid the need to wait inside our building, and consider if you can make do without a courtesy car.  No customer refreshments will be available at this time.  We will also not be offering our usual service wash, or free monthly service plan washes at the moment.  The less contact we have with each other and each others' vehicles, the better - sorry!  I am so looking forward to returning to our usual hospitable ways

If you are classified as in a 'VULNERABLE' group - by age or health condition, we should be able to collect and return your car.  Also, if you are unable to drop your car down to us, we may have the scope to collect your car from a local address too

I am delighted to let you know that we will be available for vehicle sales from the same date. We have a whole host of contact-free ways that we can help you into a new car. Finance can be arranged as usual, and all the paperwork and signing can be processed online and in the comfort of your own front room.  Deposits and balances can also be paid in a contact-free form an we can even deliver the new car straight to your front door
