I was pleased with Hilton Suzuki and would recommend them because the front of house staff were friendly and approachable, and moreover, the sales manager, Darren, made the whole experience enjoyable. I was behind the wheel of my perfect choice of vehicle in less than a week: the car was serviced, MOT’d and in great mechanical order not to mention a thorough valet clean inside and out with a couple of new mats thrown in as well. As much as I love the Suzuki brand, functionality and ecomony; the dealership is the human interface between manufacturer and buyer ... a full 10/10 for me and will certainly be back again for my next set of wheels.
note: The servicing deal with free monthly car-wash is also a fantastic addition

Hilton Suzuki were great because my vehicle went in for mot and passed it but I wasn't happy with the tread on tyres would need replacing both front tyres within couple of months.....although they wasn't too happy about it they did change which I thought was fare so that's why I would recommend. My last purchase was a mini their customer service was poor in comparison.

I'd recommend Hilton Suzuki because Darren the sales person was realy good sales person. Darren told me a lot about the car before I bought it. I test drove the car before hand and found I love the way it drove. A friend has also bought a car from Hilton Suzuki a few years ago and was very happy with her car.

I had a great experience at Hilton Suzuki because there was no hard sell when looking at the range of vehicles available. The sales person allowed us to view the cars inside & out on our own so we could make up our own minds on which one we wanted to buy with no pressure. They also allowed us to test drive our choice of vehicle alone. I found this very refreshing and an overall pleasant experience when purchasing my replacement vehicle. I was also able to discuss a service plan for both the purchase vehicle and my husband's car which was not bought from this dealer. They made us so welcome and referred to me by first name when i went to collect the car. All in all this experience renewed my faith in car salesmen and their after sales service.
