2. Special Tools and Diagnostic Testers - We have the special tools and diagnostic testers specific to your car, no one else does. These enable us to carry out work quicker and charge you less.
3. Enhance the Value of Your Car - The value of your car is considerably enhanced if it has a fully stamped up Main Dealer service history.
4. All Work is Guaranteed - We guarantee our work and enable you to take advantage of the manufacturer’s guarantee on parts.
5. Comfortable Waiting Areas - We have comfortable waiting areas with complimentary drinks, biscuits, magazines and TV. Where applicable we have FREE COURTESY CARS and COLLECTION & DELIVERY.
6. No Hidden Costs - We always quote you in advance for the price of each job. We do not carry out any work without your express prior permission.
7. Genuine Suzuki Parts - We only use genuine parts as recommended by the manufacturer. Non-genuine parts can be cheaper, but are invariably less durable, often don’t fit as well and haven’t been specified and tested by the manufacturer.
8. Premium Fluids - We only use premium grade oils, fluids and coolant and we ensure that the correct grades are used in each component. Poor quality oils or wrongly specified grades can cause premature wear and damage.
9. Technical Help - We have access to the manufacturer’s technical help departments who assist with difficult diagnoses service fixes. Their experience is based on thousands of franchise vehicles across the country.
10. Great Value for Money - Our costs are competitive and good value for money. We are often cheaper than so called 'quick-fits'.
