Why does my Suzuki need a service?

You’ve spent your hard-earned cash on a lovely Suzuki car, so you’ll want to look after it as well as you can.

Most warranties are dependent on services being carried out regularly too – and sticking to this timetable will mean any warranty work that is needed in the future, will be carried out free.

If you buy your car from us, we’ll let you know when we need to see it again for a service at Bishop’s Stortford or Bedford – and we’ll contact you to book a few weeks in advance, so you can’t forget.

The majority of Suzuki cars need to be serviced at least once a year – but maybe more if your annual mileage is in excess of the ‘service interval’ which is stated in your service record book.If you’re not sure about this, give us a ring!

Our servicing is transparent:

• We’ll let you know a price before we start work.
• We’ll also not carry out any further work unless instructed by you first
• You will be given a list of the work we carry out, together with a fully itemised invoice
• We can send you a video summarising the service, telling you what went well, and showing you if other work is recommended.
• If any additional work is needed, such as tyres, brake work, exhausts etc, we can often complete this work the same day.
• To make your life easier, courtesy cars are available (subject to availability).
