Hilton Suzuki staff were good because Keith Smith at the dealership made me feel very comfortable about discussing my requirements as someone who knows nothing about cars but knew what I wanted from the car. He explained everything really well and helped sort out all the paperwork. I purchased the service plan because I feel Hilton Suzuki will treat me well.
