Unlike most franchised main dealers, we welcome all makes of vehicle into our workshops in Bedford and Bishop’s Stortford. Most of our qualified technicians have many years of experience – which incorporates problem solving and servicing on a very wide range of makes of car.

If you buy your car from us, we’ll let you know when we need to see it again for a service – and we’ll contact you to book a few weeks in advance, so you can’t forget.

We can carry out the scheduled service as recommended by the manufacturer of your car – whatever the make or age. Or we offer our own menu of Hilton ‘Bronze, Silver or Gold’ services. If you’re not sure about what to do, give us a ring!

Our servicing is transparent:

  • we’ll let you know a price before we start work.
  • we’ll also not carry out any further work unless instructed by you first
  • you will be given a list of the work we carry out, together with a fully itemised invoice
  • and we can normally send you a video summarising the service, telling you what went well, and showing you if other work is recommended.

If any additional work is needed, such as tyres, brake work, exhausts etc, we can often complete this work the same day.

To make your life easier, courtesy cars are available (subject to availability).
